In a nutshell…he loves Ziti. Ziti loves him.
My pup literally runs into the office. She is happy to go and see everyone there.
Dr. Zach and the staff love my baby as if she was their own pet.
Dr. Zach gets down on the floor to play, get kisses, pet, and examine.
He is so kind and loving toward Ziti.
He always takes the time to explain everything to me and make sure I understand.
They are always a phone call or text message away.
Not many dogs like the vet.
For the sole fact my dog wind sprints in there, that alone should win him the contest.
He is my vet for life.

Dr. Norris and his team at Ark Animal Hospital understand that a pet is part of the family. There has never been a time when I couldn't get a same or next day appointment and even when being squeezed in, Dr. Norris always takes the time to answer my questions and ease my concerns. My kitten, Pharoh, has been ill (with worms, respiratory infection, and fungi) since the day I adopted him from the shelter so we have been to the vet almost every week for three months for dips and shots. I think it is a clear testament to the care that Dr. Norris gives that little Pharoh just walks right into his carrier every Monday with no fuss at all knowing full well he'll be spending the day getting a sulpher bath and coming home smelling like rotten eggs. Pharoh is all purrs and loving after every visit (which is more than I can say for myself after my doctor visits). All in all, the care and compassion of the Ark Animal Hospital Staff in Jefferson, LA is of the utmost quality. I can't imagine ever taking my pet family anywhere else.
